Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you
purchase from lesuleswa.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy as well as our Terms of Service.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
1.1 Processing Window
Orders typically take 3–10 business days to process before shipment.
Processing includes order verification, quality check, packaging, and transfer to the carrier.
1.2 High Volume Periods
During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, restocks, or new product launches, processing
times may be extended.
We do not guarantee same-day or next-day processing.
1.3 Order Modifications / Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or modify it.
If cancellation is not possible, you may return the item(s) according to our Returns & Exchanges
Policy.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES
2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship from Texas via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Shipping timeframes shown at
checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Typical estimated delivery times are:
 Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after processing
 Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days after processing
Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, route issues, or holidays.
2.2 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.

If your address is not recognized by the carrier, we may request confirmation or cancel the
order.

3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
If tracking shows "Label Created" for more than 5 business days, contact us at
contact@esuleswa.com so we can investigate.

4. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except where required by
law or where an order is canceled before fulfillment.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package,
additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.

5. RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY ISSUES
5.1 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the shipment as delivered at the address
provided.
We are not responsible for stolen packages, mis-delivered packages caused by incorrect
address entry, or deliveries confirmed by the carrier.
5.2 Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
1. Verify the delivery address
2. Check with household members and neighbors
3. Look around porches, mailboxes, side doors, and parcel lockers
4. Contact the carrier directly
If still unresolved after 72 hours, contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
We do not issue replacements or refunds for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

5.3 Delayed Deliveries
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations once the item has shipped.

6. WRONG ADDRESS OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
6.1 Incorrect Address Entered by Customer
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at
checkout.
If the package is returned to us:
 We can reship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee, or
 Treat it as a return under our Returns & Exchanges Policy (store credit only).
6.2 Carrier Return to Sender
Packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed mail, or undeliverable status will be processed as
above.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of
delivery at contact@esuleswa.com with:
 Order number
 Description of the issue
 Clear photos of the item and packaging
If verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement, refund, or store
credit pursuant to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

8. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Depending on product availability or fulfillment logistics, items in your order may ship
separately at no additional shipping cost.
You will receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.

9. PREORDERS & BACKORDERS

If you purchase a preorder or backordered item:
 Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page
 Dates are estimates and may change due to production or carrier delays
 Mixed orders (in-stock + preorder) may ship separately
Preorders are non-cancellable once placed unless required by law.

10. HOLIDAY SHIPPING & SPECIAL EVENTS
During peak holiday seasons, carrier capacity and weather conditions may cause delays outside
our control. Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
Holiday order cut-off dates, when applicable, will be posted on the Site.
