Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Overview
At L’Esu ena L’Eswa, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because we are a small
business and our pieces are produced in limited quantities, our returns and exchanges policy is
intentionally narrow and time-bound.
This Policy applies to purchases made directly from lesuleswa.com and shipped within the
United States.

2. Return Window and Eligibility
2.1 Standard returns (change of mind / fit / preference)
Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return or exchange of new, unworn items
within 14 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
2.2 Condition requirements
To be eligible, each item must be, in our reasonable discretion:
 Unworn and unused.
 Unwashed and unaltered.
 Free from marks, stains, pet hair, odors, perfumes, deodorant, and makeup.
 With all original tags, labels and packaging attached and in saleable condition.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to you at your
expense or, where not feasible, disposed of without credit.
2.3 Non-returnable items
Unless required by applicable law, the following are final sale and not eligible for return,
exchange, or store credit:
 Items marked “final sale,” “last chance,” or similar at the time of purchase.
 Gift cards and store credit.
 Personalized or custom items.
 Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear (if/when sold), due to hygiene reasons.
Please check the product page carefully before purchasing.

3. Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges
3.1 Buyer’s remorse / size / fit issues
For eligible returns that are not due to our error or a defective product:
 Refunds: We generally issue store credit (e-gift card) for the merchandise amount paid,
excluding original shipping charges.
 Exchanges: Where inventory is available, you may request an exchange for the same
item in a different size or color. If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive
store credit.
3.2 Defective or incorrect items
If you believe your item is defective or we sent the wrong product:
 Contact us at contact@lesuleswa.com
 within 14 calendar days of delivery.
 Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If we confirm a defect or our shipping error, we will, at our option and as your exclusive
remedy:
 Replace the item at no additional cost (subject to availability); or
 Issue a refund to your original payment method; or
 Provide store credit for the amount paid.
We may request that the defective/incorrect item be returned to us. In that case, we will
provide a prepaid return label and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
3.3 Original shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we
determine we made an error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
3.4 Partial returns
For orders with multiple items, any refund, store credit, or exchange will be calculated only on
the items actually returned and accepted under this Policy.

4. Return Authorization and Process

4.1 Do not send items without approval
To protect both you and us, you must contact us and receive return instructions before
sending any items back. Unapproved returns may be refused, delayed, or processed without
credit.
4.2 How to request a return or exchange
1. Email contact@lesuleswa.com
1. with:
o Your full name and order number;
o The item(s) you wish to return or exchange;
o The reason for the return or exchange; and
o Photos if there is a defect or issue with quality.
2. We will respond with approval or denial and, if approved, provide instructions and the
return shipping address.
4.3 Return shipping
 For standard returns (change of mind / size / fit), you are responsible for all return
shipping costs.
 We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of
shipment.
 You are responsible for the item until it is delivered to us. We are not responsible for
lost, misrouted, or damaged return shipments where we did not provide the label.

5. Processing Time
Once your return is received, we will inspect it for compliance with this Policy.
 Please allow 5–10 business days from the date we receive your package for inspection
and processing.
 If approved, we will issue your store credit, exchange, or refund (where applicable) and
send you a confirmation email.
 If your return is rejected, we will notify you and may, at our discretion, return the
item(s) to you at your expense.

6. Order Cancellations and Refused Deliveries
6.1 Order cancellations
Because we start processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order is
placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at contact@lesuleswa.com. If we are
unable to cancel before shipment, the order will be treated as a standard return under this
Policy.
6.2 Refused or unclaimed shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
or failure to collect from the carrier:
 We may deduct original shipping and any return shipping or carrier fees from any refund
or store credit.
 In some cases, we may treat the order as non-returnable and charge a restocking fee,
where permitted by law.

7. Exchanges for Different Items
Exchanges are generally limited to the same product in a different color or size. If you want a
different product, you may:
 Return the original (if eligible) for store credit, then
 Place a new order for the desired item.

8. Legal and State-Specific Rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer
protection laws. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and applicable law, your rights
under such law will control.
